He acts on behalf of the television industry (broadcasters, producers, distributors) and regularly advises several major telecoms groups in some forty countries across the globe. Rémy Fekete also advises numerous governments and regulatory bodies on drafting and implementing legislation, granting licences, privatising / restructuring operators, and developing new technologies. His expertise is particularly recognised by international institutions (e.g. European Union, World Bank, International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
