He started his career as a consultant to the European operations of Intel and Novell.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Rodrigo is a Computer Science Engineer from EPITA, a graduate from the Sorbonne MBA (IAE de Paris), and holds an MBA from INSEAD. 		&lt;div class='rss_texte'&gt;&lt;p&gt;Christine Balian est ing&#233;nieur des mines.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Apr&#232;s 3 ans d'exp&#233;rience &#224; La Poste &#224; la direction des grands comptes courrier, elle rejoint en 1997 France Telecom o&#249; elle occupera des fonctions d'ing&#233;nieur commercial et de consultant marketing strat&#233;gique sur le segment Business-to-Business jusqu'en 2005.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;En janvier 2006, elle int&#232;gre l'administration &#224; la Direction R&#233;gionale de l'Industrie, la Recherche et l'Environnement en Ile-de-France sur une fonction d'adjoint de chef de division en charge notamment des p&#244;les de comp&#233;titivit&#233; (DRIRE).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Depuis mars 2009, Christine Balian est chef de la division d&#233;veloppement industriel de la Drire Ile-de-France.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
